Who’s eligible for the Autodesk Education plan?

Eligible students and educators are those who are enrolled at, employed by, or contractors of a qualified educational institution, which is one that has been accredited by an authorized governmental agency for the primary purpose of teaching enrolled students. This includes accredited middle schools, high schools, higher education institutions, and homeschools.

Students and educators can get free one-year educational access to Autodesk products and services, renewable as long as they remain eligible.

How do students and educators get educational access to Autodesk products for individual use?

  1. If you don’t already have one, create an Autodesk account by clicking Get Started on the Get Products page.
  2. Confirm your eligibility, which involves validating your role as a student or educator with a qualified educational institution.
  3. Download and install your software.

For more information, see Get started for students and educators.
