1. Click the speaker icon in the taskbar ( upper right corner ) and select Crestron.

( If the speaker icon is not in the taskbar, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Sound )

2. Select the appropriate microphone (Input ) and speaker (Output ) for optimal audio quality during Zoom sessions.

Microphone ( Input ) = XI100DUSB - HDMI Audio

Speaker ( Output ) = Crestron (Crestron)

3. Now, use the Media Volume on the Crestron touch panel to adjust the audio level.
4. If you don't see X1100DUSB-HDMI as one of the speaker options in Zoom, Please confirm that the black USB cable is connected  to the back of the iMac
