G207 Presentation Setup

  1. Tap the Crestron Touch Panel to illuminate the screen, then turn on the iMac
  2. Sources will appear on both sides of the touch panel. Select a source to send to the Left or Right Projector.
    • iMac = Select this input to project from the iMac
    • HDMI Laptop = Select this input to project an image from the connected device using the provided HDMI cable.
    • Aux Plate 1 and Aux Plate 2 = Select this input to project from the Aux plates that are located on the left side of the presentation lectern and are labelled accordingly
    • BluRay = Select this input to project the Blu-Ray Player
    • AirMedia ( Wireless presentation ) = Select this input to project wirelessly

 

  1. Once a source has been selected audio will be routed from that source. Audio can be selected from another source. Use the controls below to increase, decrease or mute audio.

  1. To access projector and audio controls for the system select Settings ( Top right corner of the touch panel )

  1. There are three available sound modes in the room. Select the sound mode require for the presentation

Note: Crestron must be selected on the iMac sound settings unless using the Dante Virtual Card Custom Audio Program

  1. When Multi Channel or Mono Audio sound mode is selected Otis iMac virtual Dante audio card software must be used.

Note: Crestron settings support one source audio at a time. iMac Dante Digital Sound Card will support multiple audio sources.

  1. Audio in the room has the option to route to different sources. When a source is selected, the audio for that source will be primary. If another audio source is preferred, select desired audio source.

  4. When Crestron-Display Port driver has been selected in "Sound" settings under the output section the touch panel can be used to control audio
  5. When Dante Digital Soundcard driver has been selected in "Sound" settings under the output section All audio will be controlled from the iMac. Use the volume controls of the iMac or software/program utilized by the iMac.
