- Go to Apple Menu > System Settings > Privacy & Security in the sidebar. ( You may need to scroll down. ) then allow the following permissions below ( macOS User Guide )
- Full Disk Access
- Input Monitoring
- Screen & System Audio Recording
- Enter Splashtop Streamer activation code
- Click on the Splashtop icon > Preferences
- Type activation code and click Allow Access
