Zoom Room Information
Zoom Room is a software-based conference room solution that integrates specialized hardware and software to deliver high-quality audio and video conferencing. Designed for ease of use, Zoom Rooms allows users to join and manage meetings through a simple interface, enabling seamless collaboration between in-room and remote participants. Wireless content sharing from personal devices further enhances communication and productivity in modern meeting spaces.
Note: In the 201 and 206 Conference Rooms, a computer is not required when hosting meetings without presentations (e.g., PowerPoint). The built-in equipment fully supports Zoom meetings with both audio and video capabilities.
