Whitelist Email address in Outlook

  1. Add the address to your contacts:
    • In the Outlook desktop app:
      • Open the email from the sender you want to whitelist.
      • Hover over the sender’s email address (an info-box will appear).
      • Click the three dots icon and select Add to Outlook Contacts.”
      • Fill out the optional form and click Save & Close.”

  • In the Outlook web app:
    • Follow similar steps by hovering over the sender’s email address and selecting Add to Contacts.

 

  1. Add the email address to safe senders:

    • In the Outlook desktop app:
      • Go to the Home tab, click on “Junk,” and select “Junk E-mail Options.”
      • Navigate to the Safe-senders tab and click “Add.”
      • Enter the email address and click “OK.”

 

  • In the Outlook web app:
    • Click the settings (cog) icon, select View All Outlook Settings,” and go to the Mail tab.
    • Under Junk Email, click Add” in the Safe senders and domains category.
    • Enter the email address and hit Enter.
